What is TerraPad™?

TerraPad™ is a 4 Pad Kit that mounts directly to your Travel Trailer jack, providing reliable support for your travel adventures. These pads are made from .70" Engineered Material with Stainless Steel Hardware, making your footprint 16% larger than the original pads. Designed to withstand exposure to salt water, humidity, and UV light, the solid material ensures no more rust spots left behind at your sites. TerraPad™ was created to protect your investment and give you ease of travel. 

How do I know if TerraPad™ is right for my rig?

Currently, we only offer TerraPad™ for Travel Trailer rigs that have a 5.5" x 5.5" BAL square foot. Before placing your order, confirm that your rig fits these specifications. We are hoping to create TerraPad™ for other rigs in the future. Subscribe to our email list to be the first to know when we are expanding our product line.

How do I install my TerraPad™?

Installation is simple! See our Installation tab for full instructions. **NOTE: Tools for installation are NOT included** 

How long will it take for my order to ship?

We pride ourselves on efficient shipping. Your TerraPad™ order will generally ship within 24-48 business day house of placing your order. Once shipped, they can generally take between 3-10 days to reach you, depending on your location. 

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we only ship within the continental United States. 

Warranty

  • If you have a potential issue with either the TerraPad™ or TerraPad™ Ultra please contact us at info@trailridgetech.net to resolve the issue or questions.

** TerraPad® Ultra if left under foot for long durations may deform slightly, this will not harm the pad, next use turn the pad over.**

  • Manufacturer’s Warranty: RV TerraPads™ and TerraPad™ Ultra come with a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty. If your pads fail due to a manufacturer’s defect within one year of your purchase date, Trail Ridge Tech LLC will replace them for free.
  • Coverage Exclusions: The warranty does not extend to misuse of the product, improper installation, or damage from external events like accidents.
  • Conditions:
    1. Trail Ridge Tech LLC will replace any defective products within the acceptable 1-year window, starting from the purchase date.
    2. Proof of purchase is required for warranty redemption.
    3. If you need to return un-installed product within 30 days of purchase, please contact Customer Service at info@trailridgetech.net for a Return Material Authorization Number RMA.
    4. The product must be shipped back to Trail Ridge Tech LLC at your cost (you pay the shipping charges for returning any product)
    5. Once received, the pads will be inspected, and your refund will be issued
    6. Refund will generally be within 5 business days.

Return Information

Do you have an issue with your TerraPad™ or need to return it? You can return UNUSED TerraPad™ within 30 days of purchase. Simply follow these steps to be issued a full refund for your return. 

  • Contact our Customer Care Team at info@trailridgetech.net so we can address your specific concern. 
  • Include your order number and proof of purchase in your order.
  • Be advised the purchase must have originated directly from the Trail Ridge Tech website, and the product must be shipped back to Trail Ridge Tech at your cost, meaning you pay the shipping charges for returning any pads.
  • Once shipped, email your tracking number to info@trailridgetech.net for confirmation and then your refund will be issued.
