Shipping
We pride ourselves on efficient shipping. Your TerraPad™ order will generally ship within 24-48 business day house of placing your order. Once shipped, they can generally take between 3-10 days to reach you, depending on your location.
Currently we only ship within the continental United States.
Warranty Information
- If you have a potential issue with either the TerraPad™ or TerraPad™ Ultra please contact us at info@trailridgetech.net to resolve the issue or questions.
** TerraPad® Ultra if left under foot for long durations may deform slightly, this will not harm the pad, next use turn the pad over.**
- Manufacturer’s Warranty: RV TerraPads™ and TerraPad™ Ultra come with a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty. If your pads fail due to a manufacturer’s defect within one year of your purchase date, Trail Ridge Tech LLC will replace them for free.
- Coverage Exclusions: The warranty does not extend to misuse of the product, improper installation, or damage from external events like accidents.
- Conditions:
- Trail Ridge Tech LLC will replace any defective products within the acceptable 1-year window, starting from the purchase date.
- Proof of purchase is required for warranty redemption.
- If you need to return un-installed product within 30 days of purchase, please contact Customer Service at info@trailridgetech.net for a Return Material Authorization Number RMA.
- The product must be shipped back to Trail Ridge Tech LLC at your cost (you pay the shipping charges for returning any product)
- Once received, the pads will be inspected, and your refund will be issued
- Refund will generally be within 5 business days.

Return Information
Do you have an issue with your TerraPad™ or need to return it? You can return UNUSED TerraPad™ within 30 days of purchase. Simply follow these steps to be issued a full refund for your return.
- Contact our Customer Care Team at info@trailridgetech.net so we can address your specific concern.
- Include your order number and proof of purchase in your order.
- Be advised the purchase must have originated directly from the Trail Ridge Tech website, and the product must be shipped back to Trail Ridge Tech at your cost, meaning you pay the shipping charges for returning any pads.
- Once shipped, email your tracking number to info@trailridgetech.net for confirmation and then your refund will be issued.

First impressions-
I like the rigidness it brings to the factory feet once installed. I’ve always been concerned when parked on gravel and using the stabilizer that a rock would bend up one side or corner of the foot. There’s no chance of that happing with these installed.
Installation-
Easy to install, only took 5 minutes per pad, that includes lowering the stabilizer to give me a little more room to work around it. Installation was very straight forward and easy to complete. The diagram didn’t show the washer used in step 2, but the directions mentioned it. Not a big deal unless you just look at the pictures and don’t read directions (every man). Very easy to install.
Use-
I really like the fact that I no longer have to get out the yellow “lego” pads, and better that I don’t have to pick them up when packing up, shake the water out of them after a rain and put them away. The pads handled a gravel surface without problem and are very secure.
Other thoughts-
I haven’t owned the competitive pads and haven’t looked at them close up. They appear to be heavy rubber and seem like they may lack the rigidness your pads provide. Additionally, when I was reading reviews about a year ago, some people were complaining about them falling off when going down the road.
The heavy duty base plate is sturdy and will be very beneficial in soft dirt and mud. It’ll also be helpful when you need to level one side of your trailer by less than an inch and don’t want to get out the Anderson blocks.
I really like the pads and they will be a great upgrade to our Airstream®. Thank you so much for sharing your products with us!! Excited to see what else you create!
