Every TerraPad™ Ultra is backed by a 1-year manufacturer's warranty. If your pad fails due to a manufacturing defect within one year of purchase, Trail Ridge Tech LLC will replace it at no cost.

Warranty Coverage

The warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects
• Product failures under normal use within the warranty period

The warranty does not cover:

• Misuse or improper use
• Incorrect installation
• Damage caused by accidents or external events

Warranty Conditions

• Proof of purchase is required.
• Defective products must be verified before replacement.
• Returns require prior approval through Trail Ridge Tech customer service.

Note: If TerraPad™ Ultra is left under a heavy object for extended periods, it may slightly deform. This does not affect performance. Simply flip the pad over before the next use.

Returns

30-Day Return Policy

Unused TerraPad™ Ultra products may be returned within 30 days of purchase.

To begin a return:

1. Contact our Customer Care Team at info@trailridgetech.net
2. Provide your order number and proof of purchase.
3. Ship the unused product back to Trail Ridge Tech at your expense.
4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed.

Refunds are generally issued within 5 business days after inspection.
